Building the Leaders, Entrepreneurs & Wealth Creators of Tomorrow

Access workshops, business resources, and practical tools designed to support Indigenous youth on their journey to success.

Generation Next

Generation Next is where Indigenous youth and emerging entrepreneurs, ages 18–35, take their seat at the table.

Not in the back of the room. At the table — in the same sessions, the same conversations, and the same rooms as the CEOs, fund managers, Nation leaders, and investors who shape Indigenous economic futures.

Participants receive:

  • Full delegate access to all days of the summit

  • A dedicated business acumen day before the summit opens

  • Option of pairing with established leaders and mentors in their field

  • Access to the full delegate network, capped at 200 people so the connections are real

Rezolution Summit keeps its delegate mix deliberately community-first and no more than 25% industry, because access only means something when the room is small enough to actually meet people in it.

The Rising Futures Bursary

Opportunity shouldn't depend on who your family knows.

The Rising Futures Bursary is a $25,000 annual award for one Indigenous young person building toward something; an education, a business, a career, a future they can see but can't yet reach on their own.

It isn't a one-time cheque. It's a full year of investment in a single person.

What the award includes

$15,000 — Education
Applied directly to tuition, training, certification, or the program that gets them where they're going.

$5,000 — Investment account
Held and invested over five years. Because wealth creation isn't a lesson you're taught. It's a habit you start.

$5,000 — Personal development grant
For the things that quietly decide who makes it: travel, equipment, conference access, professional clothing, licensing, childcare.

50 hours — Mentorship
Ten months of structured, one-to-one time with established leaders. Real relationships, not a single introductory coffee.

  • "From seed to success, every future leader deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive, and create lasting impact."

    — Michele Young-Crook | Founder Rezolution Summit

  • "The diversity of conversations over these two days was incredible — I took something away from every single session. As an ally working alongside an Indigenous-owned business, the chance to learn directly from real people, build real connections, and walk away with actual action items and potential mentors made this summit invaluable."

    Amanda Robinson

  • "Youth involvement is hope for the future "

    Russel Badger

  • "If you’re wondering where to start as a First Nations person in any capacity around wealth, attend this conference. It’s a must."

    Dayton Janz

  • “Personal relationships are just as important as professional ones. Cultivate those relationships and build a strong community within your industry.”
